  Haim Blecher in Princeton -- He's a spinal surgeon though, not pain management. If he has previous x-rays def. call & make an appt. He's the best there is!! Solo practice too so he's the only dr there & sees patients on Wednesdays!! 609-924-8060. Hope he feels well :-)
