Dr Beck was absolutely wonderful to me. It will be difficult to find someone else. He spent so much time with me, making certain my questions were completely answered. He talked to me for 15 minutes about how meditation was better for anxiety than prayer. Meditation helps us disconnect from worries but in prayer we tend increase our anxieties by focusing on our worries.
