  Williamson county animal shelter (in georgetown) neutered and microchipped my cat and also provided a rabies shot, for free. I simply called and asked if they knew of any services, and was able to drop my cat off a few days later. Same kind of situation, a feral kitten that had adopted my yard, and is now the best cat I have ever known! (512) 943-3322 is their number. Good luck!

  Like a vaccine clinic? I think the wilco animal shelter may have one June 7 th, but not 100% sure. But you can call and find out at 512-943-3322
