  Mount Dora Podiatry, Janet L. Black. (352) 385-9156 I like her alot. Also really like the office girls. I wish I could tell you what the rate is. I do know that when you don't have insurance, doctors don't charge as much. Give her a call. You'll like her. She did my foot surgery in Dec. Did a real good job.
