NEVER have two anti-viruses on the same device as they can conflict and in the event of an attack, each will leave to the other to deal with, allowing a virus to walk right in. If you have a low spec machine, you will want an av that doesn't use up too many resources, and Panda Anti-virus is very decent. Avast or Avira are good for Windows devices, Bit-Defender for Android. So for 'streaming', which is watching live moving pictures, it is unsuitable. That includes Skype video calling. It will be fine for Skype messaging and Skype VOIPing (phoning). We dealt with satellite internet as well as various other methods of internet connectivity and there are other alternatives at that location.
