Hi, have you tried meditation ever? I find it very effective when it comes to controlling your mind in a best way, including taste, smell, fullfillness and satisfaction. Try some Ayurveda food habits, it will keep you full though your diet becomes it's own fat burning diet, like I take hand full of fennel seeds after every meal, it flushes out the acces oil n fat in the food yet provide best fibre, you can add me if you like I am originally indian and know many natural and healthy diet plans which can make you full and satisfied at the same time so you don't think about food for few hours, and that's the key to control the weight gain.
