After talking to Hagood twice, he promised me he would look at a site, in which I wanted a new driveway poured. He never replied. After leaving several voice mails, just to get a simple "yes" or "no", as to whether or not he'd take the job, I never got a reply. That is not a professional way to conduct business. Based on that, I would not recommend.
