  I don;t know if they do slate, but I have used Wm.C. McDermott, 4831 Belair Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206 (410) 485-6012. They have done repairs and new work for me. I researched them before I used them-checked with Md licensing, checked for any claims with their insurance agent, made sure they had adequate insurance coverage.
