  I've just discovered that they implemented this, it seems to be useful: http://geomed.be/ Here in Belgium you can change the doctor whenever you want, you can even go every time to a different one: there are not lists depending from neighbourhood or similar (like in Italy, for ex.). I choosed mine because it's the nearest one (...really, 50 mt from my door smile emoticon ), I had the luck he speaks italian too (even if I didn't need it :-D) and he seems to be good.
