  FYI, unless the carpets are really dirty/stained etc (or a pet clause), you do not have to get the carpets professionally cleaned! They are in breach of the RTA. They all know that, but most tenants don't realise and do it anyway. Moving is expensive enough without throwing in prof cleaners in! http://www.dbh.govt.nz/breaches-of-rta
