  Not in VB, but my husband used Jason Fulford. He owns Tattoo Skills (Suffolk) and Executive Tattoo (Chesapeake). He charges by hour ($120) but obviously if it is not a full hour, he will adjust the price. I've heard Ghost Ships Tattoo is good too. They're in VB
