  Lindsay A. wrote: After multiple promises of sending me my plans which I paid for, he has yet to provide them. This has been going on for months and has cost my business several thousand dollars in lost revenue. He doesnt care. He just keeps telling me he will get it done and then blows me off. I've been stuck in this loop for going on 3 months.

  Doug C. wrote: I hired this firm - Andrew Braum (principal) and ASB Engineering- to prepare obtain pool construction permits. Initially started off well but things have stopped in the last 9 months. After initially filing applications, he has not responded to requests for additional information from the permitting agencies despite promises to do so. Yes, he has been paid but now ignores phones calls and emails from me about the status. He disregards his staff's many promises that he will call me back. He was hired November 24, 2020 and it is approaching a year now and still no progress. I guess small claims and Better Business Bureau are my next stops. Save yourself some grief: do not hire this man or company. Find someone else
