  Tommy Z. wrote: Monte Leeper is not a honest guy. He is arrogant and only cares about getting paid. He does not care about his clients. My experience with him was only negative. I found him to be incompetent.

  I just had Monte Leeper come and look at my house. Charged me $200 and is suppose to come back on Tuesday with the letter. Not sure why he can't mail it but we will see what happens on Tuesday if there is an additional charge attached to it. His phone number is 516-678-1978. I will let you know what happens with him on Tuesday.
