  I have a prospective benefit tenant (disabled with carer) who thinks she can get a free boiler installed as theer is no boiler ATM. Does anyone know any companies who still offer free boilers + installation to benefit tenants? Warm Front said they are not doing it at the moment because the government are in consultation over it.

  No money if it's empty Sue but if you have an ast for a qualifying tenant you can access HHCRO funding. Depending on the co2/£ savings you will get 50-100% funding. Google Eco boilers not green deal unless you want to access loan funding which is also an option my company could help with. Speak to my office www.enhanceenergy.co.uk. We charge for a survey but if you went for Eco some companies do this for free subject to criteria. Hope this helps.
