  Anyone can submit a mission request at www.patriotguard.org This will go to "National" and automatically be routed to the appropriate local state Captain.

  Even if you're not a member, you can go to the Patriot Guard website at www.patriotguard.org, and one the left side you will see where it says, "Request a mission". Click on that and enter the information, you should hear back from someone shortly.
