  Any recommendations for a trusted, not over-priced vet in the area. My mom has a rescue dog that apparently they only partially neutered.. and now many years later it is causing his little belly to swell and become uncomfortable. Her vet said he is in good health aside from this , but needs surgery quickly to fix the problem. They are seniors on a fixed income and the $2300 quote is more than they can afford..
