  Mate - get Royal Mail to do redirection initially... this will buy you some time (minimum 6 months, maximum 2 years) After I did this - I did a spreadsheet of each entity including the following data / columns : * Name of entity * Address * Account number / reference number This data mail merged into a template letter informing them of the situation - which also requested that I be registered paper free where possible, they post me written confirmation out or email it & had an electronic handwritten signature. I then used : http://www.cfhdocmail.com/ to upload the data / my template letter. My spreadsheet also had the following columns : ** Telephone number of entity ** Email address of entity ** Date Done ** Method of action (i.e. phonecall / email / post) ** Notes ** Reason I liase with that entity (eg. Mortgage) ** Have I been registered for paperfree ? I replicated the spreadsheet 4 times (so created 4 x tabs in the document) - once for current address, once for new address, once for my business address, one for a second business address (P.O. Box). When an address change completed (as I was informed by a letter / email) I pasted the line of data into the correct tab... 9 months on & I still haven't done them all yet... had my P.A. this week typing out bank account details !!
