  Some great feedback for Auction House West Yorkshire - who last week sold a long-term empty home we've been working on for a couple of months. "My property had been empty for some time and I didn't know where to start. It also didn't help that I had moved away from the area and it was difficult for me to get back. James sorted everything, he kept me informed by phone and made everything simple and straightforward. The icing on the cake was they managed to drum up lots of interest in the property and it sold for significantly more than I expected. Would have no issues with recommending them in the future."

You could also register an interest for the type of property you require with estate agents working in LS14 & LS17 - if something comes up that suits your criteria they will let you know.
