We have rented for 10 years. Through a few different agencies. Here in Norwich, Pure were absolutely useless!! Temple Wicks are complete tossers as well! We were royally done over by them! Your property solutions are also rather pathetic! Good luck finding any agent who isn't bent!! And be careful going privately too! Basically, you're renting, it seems that means you don't deserve a nice comfortable home!
Nicki B. replied:
Had a good experience with Norwich Property Agency too. Unfortunately if you're looking to rent you basically have to look on Rightmove and hope the place you like is with a decent agent.

Norwich Accommodation Agency are great. Would avoid Your Move (Bennetts) as they were very sneaky with add-on fees.

Another vote for Norwich Accommodation Agency. Very helpful, got problems sorted quickly and no issues getting deposit back after they checked the property.

Just moved to Norwich and having a good experience with Kings and Co. They have noticed things that need changing and contacted us twice about sorting them and that's without us asking.

Do not sign a long agency agreement. Max 8 to 10 weeks. Serve notice to terminate on instruction so you can walk away at the end rather than serve notice then. Do not be afraid to cross out standard terms any agent wants your property. They should not need to tie you up in a long contract. If they do they are the wrong agent. Look at rightmove and click to include sold/ under offer and see which agents have sold similar properties in your area. As a developer and investor I constantly buy and sell throughout the Norwich area and NR3.In NR3 I would recommend William H Brown everyday. They will tell you the truth and get you the right price.
