  I rented out a flat 4 months back for 6-months, using the "tenant find only" service of the local letting agent. I used his tenancy agreement at the time. The tenancy agreement copy which I have is signed for 6-months and has previous dates. I want to extend the tenancy with the current tenants for another year. Where can I get a good tenancy agreement which protects my interests as landlord and which doesn't cost a lot too. I can get the tenancy agreement from the same letting agent, but it will cost me £175+VAT. Any suggestions where can I get good tenancy agreement without paying a lot ? Thanks in advance.
