  order from this market in Breaux Bridge Louisiana. We buy a big cooler full of alligator, boudin and crawfish tails from them everytime we go down there. Prices are reasonable. Cheaper to order frozen direct and have it shipped in than to buy frozen from someone in the SC area because of the mark up. Alligator is down near the bottom of the page http://www.pochesmarket.com/specialty-meats.html
