  I need advice on a lawyer ready to take on Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama within the realm of the ACA. Please comment or message me suggestions. Long story short, BCBS is refusing to fulfill my contract which is already paid for. I have been advised by two attorneys that I should file suit if possible, but neither practices in that particular are and feels trial ready. Any help appreciated.

  Yes, the one Lawrence mentioned. It's been pursued by http://www.watsonmckinney.com/ who is luckily located relatively near me in Huntsville, AL. The basis of the suit is that BCBS-AL is actually owned/operated by 37 different companies who have essentially decided not to operate as competitors. So it's been treated like a large conspiracy.
