I'm semi-local, owning a truly unique house in the 27103, but in all candor on the south side of I-40 in what is British Woods. It's less than 3 miles from the corner of Queen and Knollwood which is part of my jogging course so maybe you've seen me trudging up the 4 Hills of Knollwood. Here comes the statement: I just learned that the current occupant of my house plans to be moved out by 3/1. My preference is to sell, with rent the secondary choice. If you have an interest in a truly unique property or know someone starting a search or know someone who knows someone consider the attached photos a tease. Here comes the question: Do you have a Realtor you highly recommend for listing my property? Someone who specializes in 27103? Okay that was 2 questions.
