I was forced to use them because that the only company the Landlord uses. I have been calling since June and got nothing but an answering machine and left messages with no response. Finally, they decide to call me back yesterday and set up a repair time btwn 9:00-11:00a, today. They walk in at 1:49 and I said " I was told you would be here this morning" his responce was "well im here now." He then desides to look at the AC units an tells me that I'm appaently and idiot who apparently "must not be from florida" because I am suposed to take a shop vac and suck out the outside lines every season? I have never heard this! They came out last year for the AC not working and never told me to "maintnence it." Apparently im just suposed to know to "Maintnece an AC unit via shop vac" cause thats common. This was the company who installed the system who conviently needs $300 in "Maintnence" Every season for a bad design.
