  Gail - most foodbanks in the city will have some of both. Welcome Inn has formula, but I think we have pull-ups, no diapers. Welcome Inn is open Monday/Weds/Friday from 11:30-2. If this family needs help finding other banks to access, tell them to giv e Welcome Inn a call - any one here can help them find something close to them; 905-525-5824. Groovy Baby is a great suggestion. ANy of the health centres (North Hamilton Community Health Centre, for example) that have a Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies program should be able to provide some assistance as well. The number for NHCHC is 905-523-6611, and the contact for the program is Cory Ma (I think).

  In the meantime, if the senior in question is looking for opportunities to get out, WelcomeInn CommunityCentre has a weekly seniors program on Tuesdays -- you can call 905-525-5824 & and talk to Elizabeth. I think the YMCA and YWCA both have day programs that might be helpful...
