When you call or visit, you're greeted by a real person who cares about your well-being. It doesn't matter if you're interacting with clinical staff in black scrubs or non-clinical staff in maroon scrubs. On the first floor, we offer passive therapy, such as chiropractic care, therapeutic massage and acupuncture, as well as complimentary consultations. On the second floor, we offer active therapy, such as physical therapy and rehabilitation, as well as clinical nutrition counseling.

Over the past month while training for Shoreman, I have developed a soreness and tightness in my hamstring that is affecting my running. My glute tightens up so that i cannot sit in one position for more than 5 minutes. And I have lost flexibility in stretching the ham/glute. Hoping that I do not have to scale back my training. Thanks.
