  It's a fantastic product developed by celiacs for celiacs. Try googling triumphdining.com and check it out. They're laminated cards in 6 languages so you can eat just about anywhere and alert the staff of diet restrictions; they're always in my purse. (and no, I'm not getting paid to endorse them. Anytime I can reduce the chance of someone being glutened, I do it.
