  Depends upon what you want. CrossFit is personal training in a group setting so you get a lot for your money. Joey Powell at CrossFit Prescott is the best!

  Really need to get back into working out but have no motivation because I find it so boring...anyone know of places that offer morning classes? I loved Zumba and I'm interested in Pound and possibly kick boxing but they all seem to have only afternoon classes and I work all afternoons...any suggestions of places that offer these classes or suggestions of other classes? If not I'd consider workouts that I can do at home or at my complexes gym
