  We have a commercial kitchen to rent. It's in Barrie though so it might be too far for you. Also we only have one 6 burner garland gas stove, the oven for that and a separate convection/combi oven. We have a two door True fridge that you can use all of as well. Please check us out if you get a chance. http://whitehatkitchen.ca It may not work for your weddings but it might for other jobs. I can give you a tour of the kitchen if you are up in Barrie sometime. There are pictures of the kitchen in the website too.

  White Hat Kitchen has commercial kitchen space to rent in Barrie. It is $22 per hour for a cooking area only. If you would like to rent the 24 person seating area too (to do a pop up restaurant or a cooking class) the cost is $45 per hour.   I know you are looking for venues for the GTA but I have a commercial kitchen space available for rent by the hour in Barrie. And I think Barrie would really welcome exciting things like pop ups! We just opened in January and have never hosted anything like this before and I would love the opportunity to see how it would work. Before we bought the location it was an Italian Restaurant with seating for 24 and it is still pretty much set up the same as it was when it was operating. It even still has the restaurant pasta maker. I would be happy to give you a tour and discuss how it could work for your purposes. More information can be found at http://whitehatkitchen.ca Or you can email me at elizabeth@whitehatkitchen.ca Our kitchen can be used for catering or making food products for retail sale or to host a pop up restaurant or a chef's table dinner. Cooking classes and workshops would also be great uses for the space.
