  I teach at two great places in Pembroke - The Land of Ah and Emerald yoga. Both places have great teachers (I'm okay but they're great :) ) and offer lots of different styles. Generally, most places charge more for drop in students (~$15) but offer discounts if you register for multiple classes in advance.
