  Bill's contracting 615-300-3914! I had a horrible experience with 1 contractor and one local repair person and can personally say he is awesome. He is very honest and upfront and doesn't try to talk you into adding all kinds of extras. I highly recommend you give him a call and let him come out and give you an estimate. He is not a sales men by any means but I like that. I hate when I feel like I'm talking to a car salesman.
