  If Bill is too busy , try a firm of Siderius , Lonergan , they post on this site and I have used them fir all kinds of things , including referrals to other lawyers for things they don't specialize in. Ray Siderius and Charles Lonergan represented us f or years, they are good people, the best of lawyers the kids are taking over along with others but Ray & Charles still come in every day to impart their wisdom and advice. Tell them you are a Hiller from Capitol Hill and I referred you if you call them. I have their number memorized after over twenty five years of having them represent me and my husband for a number of things, it is 206-624-2800 if my memory serves correctly...
