The Queen Anne Siderius'?
Ann S. replied:
Yes, Ray Siderius went to school at Mateo reccci (prep) with my dad's cousin Frank Sullivan. they wrre partners in that firm until Frank was made Superior Court Judge. but I'd think that since Paula works for a truly decent firm, she'd have an interest in seeing that your interests were well represented. Btw, Dianne Siderius was in our class at Holy Names. you probably remember her Paula .

Dmitri Iglitzin did a fabulous job for me. http://www.workerlaw.com/People/Attorneys/Dmitri-Iglitzin.aspx

Try MacDonald Hoague and Bayless - I used to work there but not in the employment practice area, but their attorneys seem very top notch in addition to their support staff. They do a lot of "fight the big corps" on behalf of little people stuff. Good luck. http://www.mhb.com/practice-areas/employment/

FYI I have watched teams decline to hire someone solely because they had litigated against a former employer, without knowing anything about the litigation what so ever (ie if they were 100% right or not). To some employers, that is simply too big of a red flag, no matter what the situation. On the flip side, I have declined offers from companies that are involved in a lot of litigation as well, and recommend looking that stuff up before accepting any job offer.
Tech people: do you know a good tech industry focused employment lawyer? (No immediate problem, but may want to talk to an expert.)
