We are looking for recommendations for an arborist to diagnose and treat our border hemlocks that are starting to turn brown. Thanks!

Hi Robert, I think the other people weighing in are probably right, Wooly Adelgid. This is the most common parasite/affliction for Hemlocks. Jim Abusamra at Hartney Greymont is an exceptional arborist. The other issue could be lack of water and the sustained drought conditions we have had over the last few years. Makes all large vegetation weakened and more vulnerable. This is kind of a weird time of year to see a Hemlock failing. Hartney Greymont team is without question the best resource to help. Good luck.
Hello All. I'm looking for some recommendations on a tree company to cut some very high limbs on a few trees that are getting to close to the house.
Thanks in advance!

I second McKinney Brothers. Kirk is great. I used Hartney Greymont many years ago and found them to be very expensive.
