Peter Whelan has been providing affordable group outdoor training sessions since 2011 on Tuesday & Thursday evening for 1 hour at 6.15 or 7.30 p.m.Monday sessions at 7pm will start from the 15th of July 2013 with more sessions to start spring 2013.
My goal is to help as many people as possible participate in training as the benefits are endless.Apart from the usual health & fitness, weight loss, toning you also have more energy, sleep better and feel better about yourself.
As a family man and someone who is concerned about our obesity levels, I provide affordable group training sessions. The majority of my clients are Mum`s & Dad`s who are not comfortable around a gym and find training as part of a group brings extra motivation, commitment & support.
I provide encouragement (no yelling or screaming) to ALL fitness levels. As they say variety is the spice of life with each session being unique , so you never know if you will be doing cardio, boxing, kickboxing, circuit, toning, hill work, road runs, log work outs, or the stairs at Quakers Hill railway station so you don`t get bored , have fun and achieve your goals. I provide all equipment (except fitness mats- byo) and will show you how to safely use the equipment so that you get the most out of your workout using all muscle groups.
I can provide guidance with nutrition and work closely with a qualified Dietician for those looking for an overall package.
