Another recommendation for Wendy Leeming. She is an excellent trainer and is very experienced and qualified. I train one-on-one with Wendy in the privacy of my own backyard and have had excellent results losing over 25 kgs already. She makes training fun but works you hard! I actually enjoying working out for the first time in my life. She is encouraging and a real motivator and mixes up the training to keep it interesting. Michelle Ralph Fierce Fitness by Michelle Ralph. She does PT from home at Quakers Hill. Bootcamp's run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am. Wednesday nights 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings 7 am. All at Stanhope Baseball fields. Highly recommend her. Passionate, driven and gets results. And it's always fun!!!! (And baby/kid-friendly too!)
