Rebecca G. replied:Richard Hanson at High Altitude Spine and Sport in Boulder is ART certified. If not desiring to head into Boulder and not set specifically on that certification, MRT ( Muscle Release Technique) and Rossiter also work on the pin and active stretch principles and are both highly effective.
