  Make the dentist is IN your network. or else u'll pay an arm & leg. and be sure 2 see if the services are covered, esp the sedation. call delta 1 888 335 8227. ask the resp 2 find an in network dr for u, and what the cov is for extractions and what codes r cov for sedation. ie- 9220 with 7210. good luck!
