  Does anyone know of an insurance company that would insure a house even if it needs a new roof? Right now I'm trying to save $ to get my roof fixed. It doesn't leak, and it has no holes or missing shingles. But its old and does need to be replaced. In the meantime no private insurance co will insure my house because of the roof. So my mortgage co charges me extra every month to cover the ins, which makes it harder for me to save $ to replace the stupid roof.
