CUSTOM ORDERS - Custom orders are welcomed and can be placed by private message. Completion times range from 1-3 weeks.

DEPOSITS - Deposits are required for all custom work. Orders under $20 must be paid in full prior to ordering supplies or beginning work. Orders over $20 require a 50% deposit prior to ordering supplies or beginning work. The balance can be paid upon pick up or prior to shipping.
SHIPPING - Most small items can ship within Canada and the USA for $5 regular mail, with no tracking or insurance. I am not responsible for lost packages that are sent regular mail. Most small items can ship for $15 express mail, within Canada with tracking and insurance in two business days. Ask for a quote for express mail to the USA, any overseas destinations, or larger items such as big bundles or crib and toddler blankets.
LIABILITY AND SAFETY - Customer assumes all liability for products upon purchase. Soother clips and teething toys with strings should not be secured around child's neck as they pose a strangulation hazard. Teething beads and toys can be used under adult supervision only. Soother clips should not be used while child is sleeping... show more or unattended. Ribbon soother clips are not intended for teething and should not be chewed on.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - For hygienic reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on any products used for teething, including, but not limited to, the full line of Chewzie products, bibs, and carrier suck pads. Custom orders made with custom fabric choices can not be returned or refunded. Defective products will be assessed on a case by case basis. show more
