About us
As a Certified Labour Doula (CLD) and a Certified Dancing for Birth Instructor (DFB) I am ready to support you through any stage of your pregnancy, labour, birth or postpartum to help for a smoother journey.
Dancing For Birth TM prenatal/postpartum dance classes are suitable for women planning to get pregnant, women at any stage of their pregnancy, and mothers with their babies.
My role as a doula is to provide you and your partner with physical, emotional and educational support through the transitional period of becoming parents. No two doulas are the same. In your search for the right doula I strongly encourage you to set up an initial meeting where we can discuss your needs and my services in more detail.
