I can't get it done until the end of July now.. Well,, I cant wait any longer. Everything that was messed up on me is healed perfectly except my neck has healed pinching my nerve inside bone..   1-888-660-4325 Silver Cross Physician Referral service .... I'd call them, tell them exactly what you need, and let them find you a good surgeon. Just a suggestion, that's what I do and they can figure out all your insurance junk too.
