Hello Everyone,
My name is Manda and I would like to first thank you for taking the time out to read my ad. I appreciate any and all business and look forward to working with you and adding more satisfied clientele on to my list.
A Little About Myself. . .. . ...
I am a 23 year old independent Professional Maid/Organizer with 5 years of extensive experience cleaning homes, sublets, offices and apartments. This is a job that I take much, MUCH pride in. I go to school online for small business management giving me the flexibility to work whenever I want. I am a very respectful, very hard working individual. I pay extremely close attention to details and able to follow directions to a T. I aim to make sure all my clients needs are met. At the end of every job I offer my clients a walk through to make sure things are clean beyond your standards. I am skilled in deep cleanings, move in/out cleanings, standard cleanings and organization.
My Availability. . .. . .. . ..
I am available Monday-Sunday between 9am and 9pm. I can travel to Manhattan, Bronx, Astoria and certain parts of Brooklyn. I will accept requested AT LEAST 1 HOUR IN ADVANCE. This gives me enough time to get ready and get out to you. As far as supplies I bring the cleaning solutions/products, and a swiffer. Please provide a vacuum (if needed), a broom, mop and paper towels. Although those items are not mandatory they do help me do my job more efficiently.

I charge a flat fee per house. Please keep in mind that these may vary based on the size of your home, the condition, and what you are looking to accomplish. Also know that you are in COMPLETE CONTROL. NEVER will I ever move too slow or rush a job.
