  Looking for renters! We are PCSing to Italy and we are looking for a family to take care of our home while we're away! We are looking to have it rented by June/July! Beautiful one story home 15 minutes from Reilly Gate! Here's what you want to know smile emoticon - 3 bedroom/2 bathroom - 2 car garage - with extra room for storage - fenced in backyard, plus a patio with a privacy fence - huge fireplace with shelf mantle (installed in December) - new laminate floors throughout the whole house, including master bedroom (installed in February) - carpet in 2 bedrooms - tile floor in kitchen and dining room (new within the last 2 years) - kitchen was redone by the previous owner - tile in both bathrooms is new (installed in February) - heating and cooling unit was cleaned when we moved in (August) - septic tank was cleaned in February - washer and dryer are not included, all other appliances are! - home passed inspection in August! - NO cats, but dogs are allowed/negotiable! - Rent is $1,100

We are looking to rent a townhouse or house in a neighborhood with a pool/amenities and close to shopping and such. Anyone have any suggestions for us?
