  Here's what Jeff recommended- As far as swimming near Mission Bay, there is the Wavehouse: http://www.wavehouseathleticclub.com/aquatics. it was built for Olympic training and they have classes too. It is Southern California’s largest indoor heated pool. Merry Christmas
