  Dr Johansen is by Best Buy in Jordan Landing and his number is 801 280-9595. The office is all done like Under the sea and nimo. Each kid gets their own tv, movie and games while they are being worked on and then a token to ride the merry go round. My kids tried other dentists and only like this one. Lol.
