  Hey Tim! There were a few optometrists within Edmonton doing free eye exams last week; contact the Alberta Association of Optometrists@(780) 451-6824 to see where to go for an exam. Past that, Second Specs in West Edmonton Mall were doing complimentary frames when you brought in your prescription (really nice frames, too)... They had at least 2 kiosk locations in West Ed. that you could go to. Hope this helps. :)
