  Hi Sara. Freelee, like most of us long-term RT4 ers, has spent years researching nutrition and applying it in her life. She used to be a personal trainer and is quite well educated overall. Get to know her a bit and that becomes clear as day. Her videos and blogs also demonstrate her knowledge quite well. Best thing I can do, perhaps, will be to link you to many of the same sources that she (and we) rely upon for our nutritional studies.
