  Another option is Olympus.net out of Port Townsend.Not cheap but reliable service. Of course you still need DSL through CenturyLink. We switched to bundled through Wave several years ago and no problems at all. One benefit of Wave is service techs are there Fast. Other providers take forever and charge a service call.
