  Can anyone recommend a gastrointestinal specialist Vet, preferably in the South. My Mick is in a bad way and we need to escalate his treatment but would rather go on recommendations. He has been treated for Guardia, Pancreatitis, food intolerances but is still vomiting blood, has loose stools, lethargy, won't eat and is in pain.
